  A father of the fatherless and a judge and protector of the widows, is God in His holy habitation.  God makes a home for the lonely; He leads the prisoners into prosperity.  (Psalm 68:5-6) The widow’s ministry will provide hope, encouragement, comfort, and support for women who are journeying through a new life after the loss of their loved one.  The primary focus will be on the truth of God’s Word and trusting, depending, and relying on His promises, provision, love, joy, peace and strength to move forward in life and fulfill your God-given purpose. Widows in all stages of widowhood should be encouraged to become part of this ministry to strengthen their faith and to allow the Word of God to guide their steps on their journey through a new life.
